Three rooftop units and a woodshop system replaced as one planned capital program.
A 2004 rooftop unit serving one suite had a perforated heat exchanger, two more rooftop units were due for replacement, and a woodshop suite's equipment no longer suited how the space was used.
Replaced the equipment serving the woodshop suite with units matched to its use (19 to 29 December 2025).
Replaced three rooftop units, including the 2004 unit with the failed heat exchanger (5 to 11 February 2026).
Set the new equipment in place by crane.
Placed the building's equipment on a Burban preventive-maintenance agreement.
